"I created this painting in celebration of my body. Following a struggle with body dysmorphia through my teen years and an experience with sexual assault I decided to celebrate my body through art. I want to encourage others who may have been through similar experiences to celebrate their bodies regardless of their experiences or how others have made them feel. Every person should see themselves as a work of art."
